We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
-Actively seek our new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, networking and also social media on daily basis.
-Attend to sales enquiries, provide service or product information to customers.
-Prepare proposals and presentations and provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
-Negotiation, complaint handling and objections, address any necessary issue with prospective clients before the sales confirmed.
-Maintain good client relationships while building new clients relationship to achieve the sales target that set by company.
-Create and maintain client databases and mail lists.
-Manage multiple projects which including monitoring the project from preparation to build-up and the dismantle of event/exhibition activities.
-Implement the sales strategies to increase business revenue.
-Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field of studies.
-Good interpersonal & communication skills with strong problem-solving skills.
-Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
-Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
-Able to speak and write professional English. Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or any other languages will be an added advantage.
-Possess own transport to travel around Klang Valley.
-Skillful in Microsoft application especially with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
-Able to travel overseas when required.
